Our Trainer is a runner-up champion in Table Tennis at the University level and played in State level tournaments thrice. He has given coaching along with special techniques about Table Tennis to various juniors, students, & adults. Coaching without any pressure and generating more and more interest in the game is his/her specialty.

About Certified Fitness Dance Trainer

Our Trainer has 10 years of experience in the field of Dancing, Choreography, and Dance fitness. Kings Club fitness dance class boasts of a team of professional trainers who can pay individual attention and make you able to perform tough moves easily. Apart from salsa, freestyle, hip-hop, he/she also teaches the ever popular Bollywood style of dancing.

With Kings Club fitness dance class, fitness just gets easier and more fun. He/she nurtures young talents to polish and perfect their dancing skills to a professional level. He/she creates an opportunity for students to showcase their talents on stage each year. He/she teaches several dance classes ranging from Indian classical to western & contemporary.

Table tennis can be played by anyone at all ages. We also have an adjustable table that is especially suited for young children so that they can learn the right form.
Training duration and frequency would really depend on the player, their level of commitment, amount of free time, desire to improve, & training capacity. Training 4 to 5 times a week would be ideal for quick improvement. Training for 1 to 1-1/2 hours can work well depending on the stamina of the player.
  • For beginners: Beginners would begin to learn the forehand stroke, backhand stroke, basic service and receive techniques, and general rules in the sport of table tennis.
  • For intermediate players: More training time will be given to higher-level skills like learning the forehand and backhand loop, more complicated service and receive techniques, lobbing and smashing the ball, general game tactics and strategies, & more.
  • Apart from basic and intermediate levels of coaching, we also offer coaching sessions for advanced players in which the majority of the training time will be assigned to the tactical aspect of the sport to enhance the players’ competence in tournaments.
We offer coaching lessons for all skill levels from beginners to advanced players. We also offer private one-on-one coaching for beginners, intermediate, & advanced & group coaching sessions.
It would depend on the level of coaching.
