Our Trainer is a well-known fitness professional from Bangalore. He has a Bachelors degree in Food and Nutrition. He has been teaching fitness classes and providing personal training sessions for more than 10 years. He has various certifications and awards. Experience analyzing patient data, including health history, goals, and injuries. Extensive practical knowledge of coaching, group instruction, CrossFit and mentoring techniques. Each student acquires personal attention and assistance.

- Our center manager will check your body temperature, blood oxygen levels & status on Aarogya Setu app before entering the center.
- Designated workout spots: Every member will be assigned a workout station number to ensure social distancing.
- Frequent sanitization: All the workouts will be of 40 min duration. Equipment & workout floor will be sanitized after every session.
