You need to be at least 14 to 15 years old, though you must refrain from heavy lifting and concentrate on doing body weight exercises, yoga etc.
Each Kings Club Gym Training class is designed to be 40 minutes long. Each at our workout class can be from 10 up to 40 min long.
You will find an extensive variety of workout formats at Kings Club Gym Training that focus on strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, stamina & balance. Select formats that assist you to attain your personal fitness goals. We ensure you that your sessions will be more fun, interesting, & less tedious for both beginner & advanced levels and focus on building strength, stamina & mobility.
The beginners can learn from the basic moves & the athletes can refurbish their skills & strength. You can select from the workouts as per your requirements & desired results.

Of course! You will get two trial sessions at no cost. Booking your trial session is super easy and can be done via our website.
We are super excited and can’t wait to see you at Kings Club Gym Training and assist you to get started on your fitness journey! The trainer knows about any injuries you may have. Do your workouts at your own pace and if you feel uncomfortable, stop and let the trainer know. When your workout is done, you can talk to the trainer in case of any doubts. You might have soreness in your muscles for 2-3 days after your 1st class but it’s absolutely normal. Grab a meal that has easily digestible proteins within 30-45 mins of the workout. Avoid dairy or heavily processed protein powders. Drink 2.5-3 liters of water daily to replace the lost fluids.
We have made the following changes in the Kings Club Gym Training facilities to ensure the safety of members as well as our employees:
  • Our center manager will check your body temperature, blood oxygen levels & status on Aarogya Setu app before entering the center.
  • Designated workout spots: Every member will be assigned a workout station number to ensure social distancing.
  • Frequent sanitization: All the workouts will be of 40 min duration. Equipment & workout floor will be sanitized after every session.
You do not require dietary supplements unless they have a documented vitamin deficiency or do not take a balanced diet. Taking supplements as an alternative to a sound diet can lead to serious deficits in the consumption of other nutrients. It is always healthier to take minerals & vitamins from food than to get them from a pill. But, serious vitamin deficiencies do occur in a small proportion of the population and supplements are useful for making improvements in vitamin status.
Exercising only 3 days a week may be enough to improve their fitness but it will take more exercise to see further improvements. You need to lift weights only 2 to 3 times a week for basic gains in strength. Lifting weights more often are fine and the training program can be organized using easy and hard days just as with cardiovascular workouts for more advanced workouts.
